Chewy Brownies

 

Chewy Brownies

Bahan:
150 dark chocolate
50 gr mentega 
40 ml minyak sayur
2 butir telur
150 gr gula halus
100 gr tepung terigu
35 gr coklat bubuk/cocoa powder

Topping:
Coklat chips+almond 

Cara:
1. Panaskan Oven 5-10menit suhu 160° terlebih dahulu tergantung jenis oven masing-masing.

2. Lelehkan dark chocolate, mentega, minyak sayur dengan cara di tim.

3. Kocok telur+gula halus menggunakan baloon whisk (kocokan tangan) hingga gula larut. Masukkan lelehan coklat, aduk rata.

4. Masukkan tepung terigu+coklat bubuk, aduk lagi hingga rata. Adonan sangat kental dan berat.

5. Tuang adonan ke dalam cetakan ukuran 20 yang di alasi kertas roti/baking paper (tanpa dioles apa pun, potong kertas dilebihkan agar bisa diangkat ketika matang). Me: loyang sekat 3 ukuran 28 cm.

6. Beri topping sesuai selera.

7. Oven suhu 150° dengan api atas bawah, setelah 15 menit turunkan suhu 130°/-+ 40 menit (tergantung oven masing-masing yah). 

Note: Jika sudah 40 menit ingin tambah kering permukaan bawah browniesnya, panggang kembali dengan api bawah 5 menit aja ya.
