Bahan A:⁣
4 butir telur⁣
150 gr gula pasir ⁣
1 sdt cake emulsifier (SP)⁣

Bahan B:⁣
60 gr butter⁣
40 gr white cooking chocolate⁣
1 1/2 sdt pewarna merah tua⁣
1/2 sdt pasta cokelat⁣
1/2 sdt pasta vanilla⁣
1/2 sdt garam ⁣
⁣
Bahan C:⁣
100 gr terigu segitiga / kunci⁣
30 gr susu bubuk⁣
1/2 sdt baking powder⁣
Campur rata dan ayak⁣
⁣
Cara membuat:⁣
1. Tim bahan B hingga mencair. Panaskan kukusan dengan api sedang.⁣

2. Kocok bahan A hingga kental berjejak.⁣

3. Masukkan bahan C ke dalam bahan A, aduk balik hingga rata. Masukkan bahan B, aduk balik hingga rata dan tidak ada cairan yang mengendap. ⁣

4. Tuang adonan ke dalam loyang 18x18 yang sudah dioles minyak. Beri baking paper dan oles minyak lagi. ⁣

5. Kukus dengan api sedang sekitar 30 menit atau sampai matang. Jangan lupa tes tusuk. ⁣

6. Angkat dan dinginkan, perlahan keluarkan dari loyang. ⁣

7. Belah cake menjadi 2, oles 1 sisi dengan selai strawbery, tumpuk dengan cake lagi, lalu hias sesuai selera. Sajikan.
