Shiny Chewy Brownies

Bahan:
150 gram DCC (dark cooking chocolate merk apa aja)
50 gram mentega (saya pakai 30 gram mentega wisman, 20 gram margarin)
40 ml minyak sayur
2 butir telur
150 gram gula halus/brown sugar
100 gram tepung terigu protein sedang
35 gram coklat bubuk
Topping, sesuai selera ya, saya pakai kacang mede dan almond slice

Cara membuat:
1. Lelehkan DCC, mentega dan minyak dengan cara di tim.

2. Kocok telur dan gula halus/brown sugar dengan menggunakan whisk sampai benar-benar tercampur rata.

3. Masukkan campuran lelehan coklat aduk rata.

4. Lalu masukkan campuran tepung terigu dam coklat bubuk sambil diayak sedikit demi sedikit sambil diaduk. Adonan brownies ini sangat kental dan berat.

5. Tuang adonan ke dalam cetakan yang sudah dialasi dengan baking paper, beri topping.

6. Panggang dengan suhu 170 derajat atau sesuaikan dengan oven masing-masing hingga matang. Tes tusuk sesuai tekstur kematangan yang diinginkan.

7. Dinginkan sebentar lalu potong potong sesuai selera.
