Semur Telur Tahu Kentang


Semur Telur Tahu Kentang

Bahan:
10 butir telur ayam, rebus kupas
3 buah kentang, bersihkan potong²
4 tahu, potong2

Bumbu Halus:
7 bawang Merah
5 bawang putih
3 kemiri
1/2 butir pala
1/2 sdt jinten
1 sdt merica butiran

Bumbu tambahan:
2lbr daun salam
10 sdm kecap manis
1 sdm gula merah
Garam
Kaldu bubuk

1 ltr air
Minyak goreng untuk menumis

Cara masak:
1.Goreng kentang sampai matang angkat dan sisihkan.

2.Goreng Tahu sampai berkulit atau setengah matang angkat dan sisihkan.

3.Tumis bumbu halus sampai wangi, masukkan daun salam.

4. Tambahkan air.

5.Setelah mendidih beri kecap manis,gula merah, garam dan kaldu bubuk aduk rata.

6.Masukkan Telur, Tahu dan Kentang.

7.Masak sampai kuah sedikit menyusut dan mengental.

8.Koreksi rasa dan sajikan.

Note:
- Dari aku pribadi paling suka kalo memasak dengan bumbu, jinten, pala, merica suka nya bumbu halus nya di uleg/ di haluskan manual pakai cobek.

- Setelah bumbu halus ditumis, sisa atau bekas di cobek dikasih air di user2 (bahasaku inii piye) trus masukkan ke bumbu yg udah harum.

- Step akhir kalo sudah semua bahan, bumbu, air masuk aduk2, kecilkan api dan biarkan sampai air susut. Sebentar aduk2.
